  <h3>Instructions:</h3>

     <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Preheat your oven to 350F 175C</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set it aside</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Remove and drain on paper towels</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Crumble the bacon and set it aside</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">In the same skillet, saut the sliced leeks until they become tender and translucent</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Remove from heat and let them cool slightly</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Spread the cooked leeks evenly over the bottom of the pie crust</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded Gruyere cheese on top</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg</span></p>
